Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2025. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final

Purchases of tickets and merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in the limited circumstances listed below.

When refunds may be issued

  • Full event cancellation (with no reschedule).
  • Duplicate or accidental payment made within 24 hours (valid proof required).
  • Defective product or wrong item received for merchandise (T-Shirts), reported within 7 days of delivery.

No refunds will be provided for

  • Change of mind (tickets or products).
  • Artist lineup changes.
  • Weather-related issues (events proceed rain or shine).
  • Incorrect size orders (T-Shirts) if the correct item was delivered.

How to request a refund

Send your request to alokanaverse@gmail.com within 7 days of the eligible situation.

Include the following:

  • Order ID
  • Payment reference
  • A clear explanation of the issue (and photos for product defects, if applicable)

We will review eligibility under this policy and respond with next steps. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Merchandise issues (defects / wrong item)

For defective or wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We may offer a replacement or a refund after review.

Returned items (if requested) must be in original condition with all packaging and tags. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Tickets (events)

Refunds are only available if the event is completely cancelled and not rescheduled. Changes to artist lineups or schedules do not qualify for refunds. Weather will not constitute grounds for a refund; events proceed rain or shine unless officially cancelled.

Payment processing & timelines

Refunds—when approved—are processed back to your original payment method via our payment partners (PayHere / KOKO). Processing times may vary by provider and bank (typically 5–14 business days after approval).

We cannot expedite timelines set by payment providers or your bank.
